Join our summer reading challenge on Beanstack!

Keep track of the books you read to earn badges and prizes. Children birth–2 years will earn a prize after 30 books. Children 3 years and up who read or listen to six hours will earn tickets to the Reward Show!

Stop by the Summer Reading Club Desk at either library building to talk about your books and pick out a Brag Tag for each hour completed.

The Summer Reading Club Desk is open Monday–Friday 9:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Our goal is to maximize attendance and thereby offer as many Northport-East Northport children as possible the opportunity to enjoy library programs.

• Please arrive ten minutes before the start of a program.
• If you have not arrived by the start time, your child’s place may be given to someone waiting.
• Your place will be held if you call to tell us that you will be late.
• Unregistered children will be admitted, as space permits, in the following order: waitlist, standby NENPL cardholders, and non-district patrons.
• Space is limited for drop-in programs.
